Although an 11 year old show, it's fabulous. Wasn't real fond of the "practical doesn't have to be dull" husband, but he seemed to have mellowed a bit so as long as she's happy that's all that matters. She had a tough time with her miscarriage. Feel for her. The other couple was just lovely all around. Loved seeing a happy ending for both couples. 👍😊

The wife of Brian is a true selfless woman. Thinking about the needs of others is first on her mind. Brian, her husband is a block of wood who was self absorbed and I was happy to see that he finally grew up a bit.

Ok listen up you men…. Mom takes care of the kids, cleans the house, cooks the meals, does the laundry and runs errands etc etc…. So, who should get to actually choose the house that she takes care of. 😮 ok to The Grumpy Turtle good comment. I will add on we will let the husband pay for it Lolo. I have owned 9 or more homes the hubby always got what he wanted n needed … my comment was for the gals being shot down by the husband when she likes the house.

Well, as the person who pays for it, they should have a say as well, lol. It's like those wedding dress shows. "I'm the bride. It's my day, but my parents are paying for it, and they get absolutely no say damn it!" They're paying for it, hon. They get some say in it whether you like it or not, or if you don't want their opinions, you can buy it on your own with your own money.

For a good part of my life I've thought "curb appeal" was only important to sellers. I thought it meant you want to get buyers off the curb and into the house. I never understood why a buyer would want "curb appeal" for their house. They don't want people coming and buying their house, do they, I thought. I'm still not sure, if I were looking at a house, I'd care what the outside looked like, very much. I wouldn't want a dumping ground front, but it might please me to be inside a square, ugly-on-the-outside house and have a cracking great modern, lovely house on the inside and no one knows. So in that way, I'm not concerned about "curb appeal". I've seen episodes of this show where the buyers won't even go inside to look because the outside doesn't fit what they want everyone else to be looking at. And they say something like "I don't even care if it's perfect on the inside, I'm not going in." I do not understand that.
