Deep gratitude that Lama Glenn authorised you to share this practice with such gentle clarity and simplicity!🙏
tummo breathing :)))))))) Can you imagine Milarepa sees us in this period OMG. great videos btw.
By all the subtle details of your explanations which were known to me I see that I stumbled upon a professional material and I know I can trust it. Thank you for the comprehensive commentary, it has certainly closed some gaps in my knowledge.
I received Tummo withing the BON tradition by a Master who had mastered Tummo. Thanks for clarifying the true meaning of Tummo.
Thank you for sharing the wisdom

Hello, thank you for the video and clarifications! The volume is a little low, though.
Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!
Felling a little dizzy when holding breath and I feel I
when breathing to compact the breath you close the hui yin to stop wind from flowing out. do you release that when you finish and breath out or continue to hold it for subsequent breaths? Very interesting thankyou for sharing.
Thanks for this Video. My question is, for how long can i do the Vase breathing? 10 min. 20 min. etc. is there a limit?
