    Great! Thank you for sharing! I am not a buddhist... i practice sunmeditation and a seed sound meditation but i always had deep refernce for tummo. I am also thinking about joining your platform. 😊👍

    when breathing to compact the breath you close the hui yin to stop wind from flowing out. do you release that when you finish and breath out or continue to hold it for subsequent breaths? Very interesting thankyou for sharing.
