Thank you. Lord Buddha Bless you
Wow. Great mini-series. You two have a good energy. You seem authentic and serious about this. And you both make a good team. I really enjoyed it, thank you 🙏🙏🙏
thank you so much
Hi Jonas and Gosia, this is Babette from Thekchen Choling Temple in Syracuse, NY. I want to thank you so much for providing this series of three (3) very important videos.
Thanks for sharing your series. i learned another version of tummo, very close to your and just wanted to compare notes. well done. Def a lot of fake tummo/Wim hof sidetracking people to the real methods.
great trasmision, thank you so much!, i was able to feel that state you usually get when doing a long vipassana sitting but trough the vase breathing.
Wow, even thought that's the simplest meditation of the system, it is quite poweful.
Hvala -Thanks 🤗
great
Thank you for this series. Should we imagine the four flames horizontally spaced inside the abdomen, parallel to the floor? Or are they vertically spaced, parallel to the wall? Also, would you perform any turning/rotation visualization through the 4 flames while vase breathing? Thank you.
Love it!! Thank you!!
I feel that we should be rooted using shamatha and vipassana for a while before progressing to these advanced stages. or do you feel that doing for example tummo meditation intensely and dedicatedly will bring about a benefit to spiritual practise and my mental state, without prelimiary practices?
Great explanation. Thanks for that. Do I do vase breathing continuously or can I also take normal breaths in between?
❤❤❤❤👍👍👍
What it means " if you have a Yidam ? " can u explain it ? Is Yidam connecting with dragons ? And i dont know how i can meditate with a Tantric Dakini ? According to monastic doctrin, when you take a tantric initiation, you have to sit on your Guru... Is that right ?
How do u know all of this ... I heard its all secrets
