Very nice Ace....yeah 6 to 7 hours to make a half of a mold is no joke. Your hands and back are so done when you finish. A lot of work.
Enjoying the Tucano series. Looking forward to finding out how the other side of the wing is done, especially the position of the parting planes to ensure the thickness of the wing is correct. Also how you match up the mating detents with the silicon door stoppers.

Yes I wax about 2 to 3 coats then PVA

I cut my cloth into medium sized strips so when I lay them up I do change the angles of the weave
please I didn't see the description on the material that you used
