Thanks for editing out the saw noise on the second half of the mold release. Its as bad with headphones as being in the shop. Can't wait to test fly first set of wings at the dry lake.

I just bought a multi tool, thinking that I would need it to put down my laminate floor....bollocks did I need it. However, after seeing this video I feel better knowing how useful it is now.

Yep its a tough gig trying to build a channel. If I did videos on a dog eating a mouse I'd get 5 million views... laugh

Great building techniques, learned a lot. I have a doubt, why not directly 3D print the mould instead of printing plug and then creating mould out of 3D printed plug?

Thx for input... Because 3D molds a weak and not very good for repeatable layups. Also, very difficult to add screws, panel lines and rivets

The # of videos posted by rc builders working with fiberglass and carbon fiber not wearing any respiratory protection is scary. We have known about the dangers and risks of inhaling fiberglass dust for 40+ years. They all believe that they are the exception to the rules until they get the test results from the oncologist.
