One of my fondest memories of Newgrounds. It's so nice to see this series again in a new light, and I still remember most of the lyrics of this! Makes me wish that fish moon easter egg was still active lol.

Is this 20 years old this year? It feels like it, it's my birthday tradition, too!

The first video of this series I actually watched, many many many many years ago. And it sparked a love that, to this day, has not diminished, not even a tiny bit. if everything, I've grown only fonder of it in its entirety. I've shown this to so many people and I still do whenever I get the chance. Amazing series from beginning to end, and something that can still make me sob like a lil baby.

Today is my birthday!! And every year since like five-four years ago it is for me a tradition to see this video, it just make this day a little bit more perfect. Thank you so much for such a wonderful animation :)

As flash comes to an end, I hope you're reminded yet again what an impact this whole series had on people. It definitely hit me hard in 2004-2008 and it still hits me hard now. This one is probably the step I come back to most often, just so I'm not ruined emotionally for a while. And this song is awesome. I play it every year on my birthday just because of this animation. I still have all the original SWF files saved to my computer, even. Now I feel old. Anyway, thank you so much for everything, SamBakZa. I'm eagerly awaiting the DVD when it comes.

0:05 Interestingly a funfact that a few remember is that the rabbit with dark shades and indigo blue clothes was called Red-Eyes and was planned to become a villain in the series. However, the idea was cut.

Since it’s the year of the rabbit, I got reminded of this series and I’m glad I could find it again. This was one of my most precious memories in my childhood and it inspired me to get into art and animation! Thank you for being such a huge impact.

This series had such a big impact in myself when I was way younger. I was discovering myself as a gay person when being gay wasn't that openly talked like today. This animation made me feel better with myself :)

He's probably been animating 10 or so years now.... actually, maybe 11 or 12? 😳 A long time. The first ones on Newgrounds & Weebl were great (pretty sure he was on Weebl)

Sambakza ended up getting hired as a professional animator, one of the reasons it took him so long to complete the series.

I am starting to understand the world in the series, Only Cats can love each other, and only bunnies can love each other. While it’s normal for rabbits and cats to be friends, it’s not normal to see them falling in love, seeing them fall in love is bad when it comes to the series, but the bunny goes beside that. And finds every way to be happy no matter what!

I remember seeing this series on newgrounds when I was little, it always made me so happy just to get home from school and watch it on my dad's computer :)

I make it a tradition to watch this on my birthday. Just turned 33 yesterday.

Look in the author's blog: amalloc.egloos.com/ From what i remember reading, the group who made the series wanted to make a DVD, and will make an indiegogo campaign to fund it. As for the episode (i'm not sure if they will go with that), its supposed to be some sort of prequel to the first episode.
