SOME MACE FACTS: The mace hit effects have no real cooldown, so you can actually double hit to get insane height. The mace works on any entity with a hitbox, so you can also use armor stand to bounce way higher than wind charges. Elytra and Tridents also count as falling so you can fall faster and move horizontally if needed while still having a charged mace. I think strength is insanely broken on the mace, because it adds the +6 first before the height multiplier. The breach enchant is insanely broken ngl, 60% armor negation at level 4 is crazy! Blast Protection negates most of the knockback from wind charge effects. End Crystals give you INSANE height if you place one just above your head, jump and then hit it. The mace's main weakness is to slow falling arrows because they negate crits and falling height multiplier. Cobwebs are also a way to negate hits and prevent kb. Shields work as a counter too, but they can be broken quickly and disabled instantly with an axe + mace combo. btw, wind charges work best if you right click and hit space at the same time, it just syncs up perfectly that way for max height. You can also run faster with wind charges by using them to boost you horizontally [Untested] Try using a fishing rod in offhand to launch someone into the air after hitting a max height bounce. [Untested] Try bouncing to world height using 2 players wind wind charges and or mace with the effect. LMK if you know any other facts...

You can look up throw wind charges and spamclick to hit them and you will launch into the sky very fast 🚀 Also you can kill a wither mid air because it will try to fly higher than you

if you throw the wind charged perpendicularly upwards , hit the wind charges instantly with the wind burst III mace, you will fly very high.(the dmg you deal to your opponent is depends on ur height)

Even if I want the mace to get nerfed for pvp the survival community would get pretty mad. I think the best thing mojang can do is add something that can counter the mace but requires a certain amount of skill to pull off, cuz now I can only see pearls being used to dodge the attack, since with good aim and practice your opponent won't miss. And yeah with end crystals, mace won't work with wind charges but maybe u can use wind burst to launch your opponent and then crystal(?)

@@anom6520 I 1. Feather falling 2. U can 1-shot full unenchanted neth guy with density 5 from 4.5 blocks (I think), so good luck getting out of the way 3. Clutching with wind charges is the easiest thing in the world +if you launch yourself with one you don't take fall damage anyway 4. It shouldn't be a chasing game, the guy without the mace just running away every time the other guy is in the air

As usual lol. Tho its not as easy as you might think since you can give yourself forward momentum in a multitude of ways. Bouncing of entities and elytra imeadiatly come to mind. The best counter realistically would be slow falling arrows, since they lock out your ability to fall. TBH slow falling arrows should NOT last 30 entire seconds, it really makes pvp boring af

shoot slowfalling arrows, then if they hit you they go upwards and you go boom with end crystal.

This new pvp, is going to become a kit, and it looks like its going to be the most techincal and fun kit in the game. Super exited for it. (Maybe mojang, can nerf it a bit lol)

The higher you fall from the more damage you deal. Density increases the damage from falling further.

Impractical? It one shots. In servers were crystal pvp is banned it can be very useful. It doesn’t require as much materials as minecarts either.

@@FreetowinClashRoyale And mace can slo be used against crystal pvp. Since you can launch yourself so high the explosion radius does not hit you then land right on the crystal user. If they move you just switch to elytra mid air and there is no way for them to escape.
