    Love your videos, man! Been doing them with you for a few weeks now (just graduated to 1B so still a ways to go, but not too shabby for a 48yo I guess lol). If I might make a small suggestion, even though it's easier to hear you now that you've been indoors lately (no airplanes flying overhead etc.)... I'd suggest you get a cheap wireless lav mic to clip on your shirt or hat or something. Anyways, keep up the great videos!! :)

    Hi Max and all Busy Dads! The following breathing has turned my training completely upside down: Let the air out and go into the burpee. Only breathe in when you tap your hips while standing. This is based on Wim Hof breathing, who goes into relaxation without air in his lungs. Is it just me or is this a game changer? Best regards, Patrick (Paderborn/Germany)
