I thought that's what the Bar Association did to chronic filers of frivolous lawsuits - that or maybe the judges should start slapping them with contempt of court. It's truly a waste of judicial resources and it legitimizes a farce that is badly eroding democracy. If ever there was a case for contempt, I think that's it.

They’re somehow laying parts and features on top of an actor. This one should’ve opened his eyes more crazy. But the reason it looks so real it’s because it kind of is, like on Trump the part that got me was his skin. Because it really was trumps big ugly orange pores haha

Lol sounds crazy but this has been studied since the 50s and cloud seeding really does happen,look up how China is actively manipulating the climate in their region, they have a whole unit responsible for it and nuking hurricanes actually has alot of study around it being effective or not, its been a legit questionable option for a very long time...tho I'd rather not be around if ever it got clearance being in the hurricane alley and all.

One is sprinkling the cloud with - I believe iodine or silver-iodine to create accumulation spots for water dropletts to collect and rain off - befor for example hitting areas you don't want rain, like parades or stuff. And nuking hurricanes might have been studied for a time - especially in the 50' where you could solve everything with a proper nuke... Allthough... it might be a) a bit unpredictable - being a violent explosion in a powerful weather phenomenon... It's a bit like firing frozen chicken in airplane-turbines in order to stop them. Might work. Might not work - anyway it's going to be messy. And b) also weather phenomenons don't care for borders - and neighbouring countries might be a bit miffed about nukes being exploded in their vacinity - especially with the fallout and all that. Also there are a few international agreements about not using the weather as weapon or manipulating weather on a large scale... Yes. It has been studied - and disregarded for literally not being worth the risk. edit: wording
