Under zero circumstance should an elected official be allowed to invoke religion whilst carrying out statular duties. I'm certain Vicky would be displeased if I were to take the mic at next Sunday's Jesus Jamboree and drone on about budgetary constraints. In either case, it's just not the correct venue.
