I think the joke was either 1) that it's part of "Medicare Part (D)isease" (as in, the "D" in "STD"), or 2) Part D because that is what covers the prescription drugs the doctor will prescribe to treat the STDs.

Yes there is already a Medicare Part D. That’s the joke. Only in this case the D is “The D”. As in the male genitalia. I can’t believe I have to explain this.
