Really useful
My biggest complaint about this channel as a whole is that you didn't exist 10 years ago to save me from all of the misinformation I had to endure.

Super informative, well versed in EBP and simple videos like these cover way more practical information (away from prepping for the license exam) than a lot of DPT programs! Thanks again guys

Fantastic!!!
Very good video 👏👏👏
In my late 30s I was diagnosed with 2-full and 1-partial rotator cuff tears (same shoulder). Surgery was given as the solution. I was moving to a different city for work, so decided to wait for surgery. New job kept me away from my 4 to 5 days a week of volleyball and basketball for 2 plus years. I did rehab exercises for my shoulder. 3 years later, range of motion was back to ""normal", no pain when playing sports. No surgery, 12 years later still OK. Glad I avoided surgery as it tends to be a really harsh recovery. Possibly I was just lucky.
Thank you for the intriguing video. Could you kindly provide references or research papers supporting the claims made in the video, specifically regarding the statements: 1. "You can't isolate the VMO" 2. "Its importance for knee pain has been vastly exaggerated"

make video on trigger points / dry needle
Sir can tendon be regenerated by diet, training or exercise as i am having Hip Tendonitis and Hip Synovitis on my right side of groin. I play sport ( age 25) Its been 10 months now. Can i return to play with full potential. Please help sir.
I had my shoulder labrum tore from 3-5 ockock position, I dislocate if I swim or do sports or even doing risky over jear arm movements, so is surgery required to fix this?? Or is there a way for me to do everything without surgery? Also surgery will stay good for lifetime? I'm 28 BTW.
