The main thing is if you play a 15 minute game and every move you make in 2 seconds that’s dumb, however you also don’t want a spend a lot of time on one move in a bad position because you’re only advantage is time. Both of these can be true simultaneously

3:58 From 250 to 2500 elo, you MUST en passant if you can. It’s just neat.
I love how dramatic Levy is!!! That was to be expected with this hilarious end!!!
Description: Sacrificing the king is a tactical play to intimidate the opponent intensely. Sacrificing the king sets up Mate in 1 Game, in which the player whom sacrificed the king wins the following game. This tactic is pure genius and is highly recommended by many tactical geniuses themselves. eg. Levy Rozman. Mental effectiveness = 10/10 Coolness factor = 10/10 Efficiency as thumbnail = 10/10 On-board effectiveness = 1̶/1̶0̶ 10/10 Overall rating: 10/10! These incredibly realistic and useful statistics determine that the 'Sacrificing the King" tactic is way up there on the tactic tierlist with other effective methods. eg. developing the king early, capturing the center with you king, and castling with your king and queen.
