Im the buddy that played drums back in the day with him. We were best friends, I dont know what happened the past 6 or 7 years, but back in highschool he and I jammed out as pretty much a 2 piece band for a long time and were best friends from 8th or 9th grade until about 2011 shit just changed all of a sudden. Our names were big Corey and little Corey, cuz both our names are Corey. Good times man, i miss them so much. Wish you would remember all of us and where you came from more Beaulieu....

For me, my ultimate six string guitar is either a King V or Rhoads V shape, with "unfinished" (oiled) neck, and passive seymour duncans, with very minimal controls (one volume if possible) and an ebony fingerboard. Luckily for me, both a King V and Rhoads V with those specs exist now, and they are both the "pro" line, the more affordable ones. So i'm a happy camper.

I loved Trivium when I saw them last year in concert, but I just saw them at Mayhem....... I've never been more disappointed I personally believe playing ONLY medium paced/ slow songs is horse shit!!!!!!! I'm a huge Trivium fan or might be was now I talked about how awesome they where going to be all day my friends where tired of hearing about Trivium. Then they come out on stage and played no songs from shogun and only one from ascendancy and that song was dying in your arms!!!!!

And here we go again..... Matt recently blew out his voice and is still recovering from it (ideally he shouldn't be on tour at all) because of his fucked voice they changed their setlist to songs that are easier to do for him so he doesn't kill his voice completely, if you want to see them kick ass just wait another year or so

kitramsey5150 Did you not read my comment? He blew out his voice so they had to adjust the fucking setlist, not only that but they've been touring since October last year. I saw them this year in February and they were fucking amazing

kitramsey5150 I'm not from the US so I couldn't give a fuck about 9/11 but yes I do remember it, you should find better things to do then to complain because quite frankly no ones gives a shit. They're not listening to you bitch moan and even if they were they wouldn't do anything about it and if you were a real 'fan' you would accept the position they were in and just move on

Cr4nium13 Yeah to play one or two songs live when no one cares about tone. Matt has had experience with longer scale guitars back when they played dean, why didn't he ask them for it? I wonder..... Is it just the politics of it?, Epiphone can't bothered making a longer scale and calculating new frets, so they just tell Matt to keep his trap shut about it?

DropdaLTDtoB Well I'd say 45% of their stuff has been written on 7 strings so it wouldn't just be to play one or two more songs, I haven't played one so I dunno how it plays lol

Cr4nium13 It's way less than that. Only Crusade and Shogun have 7's. The other 4 complete albums have 6's if i'm correct.
