What do you mean? I did talk about the rule. Are you referring to something else!

Those look like Chiago Screws. Some of those metal rulers can have a cork backing that can help prevent slipping on some surfaces. If you make your own leather sheaths for knives they work great on leather.

They are different than Chicago screws. They have cylindrical heads, not just button heads. Chicago screws would look odd in this application on knife handles. Thanks for watching.

Gulso Bolts look like the Corby Bolts , or are they different ?

They are very different. Corey’s you have to grind down, while the gulso bolt heads are recessed. Thanks for watching
