BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN. One of the reasons I would not mind staying in Japan. People seems to show a lot of respect to one another and nature. xoxxo

Wow, what a beautiful walking trail! I have to admit, I did not know there were bears in Japan, but I am glad to hear they're somewhat timid. I also enjoyed learning the concept of male and female waterfalls. Thank you for showing us these, Taiji.
Japan is 1 of the most beautiful country in the world. Had the good fortune to go there in 2019. Planning a revisit in mar 2023. To re experience cherry blossom. Love the Japanese food.

I agree, and also one of the most well preserved country from the old traditions and architecture. wow, very nice! have fun!!
What a unique town….luckily they upkeep all the buildings and the town is respectfully clean . What an interesting and good journey you shared with us…it’s too bad that when we go to Japan we can’t adventure on our own. We must learn to take the transportation and know how to explain to others for help.

yes very true. well, nowadays many people speak English, and so many places you can get along without being able to speak the language. I actually met someone, traveling alone with very little japanese. (he probably had to research quite a lot thou)
Thank you for taking us along on your walk. I live in the city and I love these nature walks. I could almost smell the trees and clean air!

How fun, i Booked one night in narai-juku, one in tsumago and one in magome for the end of the month (my uncle lives in karuizawa). I'm so happy your country finally opened, it's been 3 years since my last trip, i miss japan so much.

The perfect walk, shaded by the wind rustled trees on a bright, sunny day. A wonderful spot to be lost in for a few hours, with just your thoughts for company. Lovely!🥰
Thanks for taking us in the countryside. It's like I was with the trip with Tsumago too.. I love the greeneries.. Nature trip is awesome always.

I'm reading "夜明け前" at the moment, set in these places in the Edo period. It was very interesting to see these places from the book, ありがとうございます!
Beautiful place! KZread randomly suggest your channel and those videos you made introduce a lot of things for Japan. I really like them!
Stunning video. And I know viewing through a camera lens, only captures a fraction of what’s going on. So it must have been beyond imagination. Thanks Taiji!
We went to 昇龍道 twice, but we didn't go to ma gome juku. Thanks for your beautiful video, it can really warm our hearts!

@@taijiskitchen 昇龍道 means Shoryudo and we took highway bus to travel around Nagano, Gifu, etc. I guess 妻籠宿 is quite near that area. Thank you for making good videos for us!
The cities are nice, but you hiked through the real Japan. It's so beautiful and goes with Japan's love and respect of nature. The people are nice as well and I love their handicrafts. I bought some Japanese wood rice bowls and although they were made by machine, the simple beauty of the bowl made it a work of art. Thanks for sharing Taiji-san!
So different from an European vacation. What Another World! Thank You for posting this! 🕺
It's much peacefully in Tsumago Juku seems more peaceful since not much tourist in the scene.
Tranquility 💚 Love to visit this place one day... Love from India
Thank you, that was really enjoyable. I loved seeing the country side. It so nice to see the field of rice.
I am going to travel to Japan next year for the very first time. I’m probably going go spend the most time in urban areas (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto mostly) but this video made me want to plan another trip to check out the Japanese countryside. Everything just looks so nice, I love these old traditional buildings a lot. Thanks for taking us along this trip Taiji, I enjoyed the video very much!

Beautiful!!! Not a speck of trash anywhere. ❤
Wow! It's nice and clean! We're stationed at Yokota AB, in the 90's. I miss living in Japan. Probably the cleanest country in Asia: Japan, from what I heard Singapore is clean also. Probably the 3rd is South Korea. During pandemic, houses in South Korea are very clean, just watch them on KZread, they don't talk infront of the camera, not showing their face, only their children. That's fine, I guess they're not vain. I just turn on the CC to understand what's they're talking about, all about cleaning, cooking, etc.
I love this. Well done video!
