    Done this twice now and I love this so much! Also did a quick cardio afterward but my core was so sore for two days after. This was super fun and you always have just the best energy which makes even the hard stuff super doable. You're the best Zachary!

    Yes I have it too. I mean it‘s normal that it hurts a bit or geta sore since you it is always off the floor
