Gonna fill a large container with isopropyl alcohol and let controller with a lot of problems sit in it, and like 75% of the problems it previously had would fix

Xbox really needs to make decent bumpers, is always the same problem with them

That fucked up my controller

Make a note I did not use compressed air I just blew inside the bumper and now it's starting to work better

My controller buttons were only partially working but all I did was blow in to the opening and it worked thanks

I had to force press the button to get it to work, was horrible. This fixed it after searching for hours. You're a genius.

this would’ve been good 2 days ago i took apart my controller and tried taking off the bumpers, it was stuck so i used a screwdriver to lift it and the plastic broke off of the right bumper so now i have to buy a new bumper set

I just blow underneath the bumper when that happens same with when the triggers squeak

So i have this exact problem i just wsnt to know if this still can work without the compressed air and a non spray bottle of isopropyl

I wasn't able to get the compresed air but blowing on the trigger bumper seems to work

How about the same with triggers? I have a problem sometimes when trigger gets locked up in mid-half of the way to the end (xbox one gamepad)

Sometimes if you can't feel the click you have to replace the full rb and lb plastic. You have to take it apart for that. The rb and lb press by a small leg 🦵 type thing that breaks and won't press the button after that. Easily swapped.

So for my Xbox series s when I would uninstall the Cold War campaign the console would think the game is 300+go and i have to redownload it. I was wondering if you could do that to see if I just got a bad series s or if it’s a problem with the game.

I have a brand new series s/x controller and the LB will spam going left on the Xbox menu and in games I took the controller apart too, and the LB doesn’t even have to have get pressed by the plastic part to make it activate and it gets stuck and unstuck over and over again, do you think this will work?

A few drops of isopropyl alcohol directly on the switch and pressing it a few times is what fixed mine and it's working flawlessly for weeks now.

What about with a elite series 2?

Do i can do it with ethyl alcohol?

Can the alcohol give it water damage?

Now we submerge our controller in a tub of alcohol 😳😂
