    What bout if its the tendon attached too the scapular? I had it at both ends of the tricep my tendon at the elbow is healing and I'm strengthening it but still really tender where it connects to my scapular any video?

    This would hurt so bad, I’ve tried everything from pt, to a million KZread vids,it’s been hurting for a year and a half it sucks

    i have tried only sleeping with force on my triceps as hard as i can can give my pressure to my triceps then suddenly my blood pressure in that triceps region increased and they started rebuilding the torns and injuries on my triceps. first week i have been suffering without having any knowledge then after i tried this method within 24 hours and 9 hours of sleeping with my triceps pressured on the pillows helped me recovered fast and now i can do easily triceps workout in gym again without pain! as an student who loves biology this is what it happens!the exercise only gives some strength but if you pressure your triceps as much as you can and sleep ,the next day you wil see the magic!

    @@wordierpiano4243 i mean if you stretch your both arms in upright position horizontally on the top of the pillows that you need atleast 2 extra pilliows beside s both sides of you,then without thinking of the pain,try to sleep(must give pressure on your pain)! In that way my pain have decreased from time to time! and also you dont need to do exercises or your pain may be increased! sleep well and take care
