@samv1010 I feel for you. Regardless of how you're doing now, I know injuries are hard. The sense that your body failed you or you failed to prepare your body. I hope you're doing well. If you did have to go the surgery/rehab route face it head on with passion, patience, and positively. There are also ways in some college sanctions to regain a year of college eligibility after being sideline due to injury.

I got caught in an arm bar a week ago. I heard 4 pops and at the time I felt pain but now I don’t feel much. I did the tests and I didn’t feel anything funny. I only feel a little pain when I flex my bicep (like I’m trying to touch my shoulder) or do an overhead press. Any thoughts ? Great video by the way 🙏🏽

i think i may have strainged my upper forearm, my grip is super weak, no bruising, but i was moving a desk and felt a pop then slight pain and discomfort, i ived it immediately and took some anti inflamatory but when i grip anything, it hurts right where the elbow folds in the spot where doctors usually draw blood from....sucks majorly because ive been resting my opposite arm due to a slightly torn labral tear in my shoulder. not sure what to do, been at the doctors office more this year than any other year in my life.

2 weeks ago I woke up with right elbow discomfort focused on the point on my elbow. I figured it was sleeping on the arm awkwardly. We all have done that, right? The soreness lasted several days which is unusual because my elbow has never felt pain previously. When walking up the stairs as I pushed off the rail with my right arm, I heard a pop sound. That was about 10 days ago now. I noticed when I flex my elbow I can hear a "crackling noise" and when I flex my elbow I do feel pain. The pain is much more prominent when I flex my elbow. Any thoughts?

I was trying to lift something too heavy and much of the weight was on my elbow., it hyperextended and I heard a pop, felt heat in the bicep and forearm on either side of the elbow. Now 1 week later, it's too sore to wipe or shower with my injured arm. And so much bruising. Sorry for the TMI.

@connergalles7106 damn whered you find this information? Literature from the fukin 1930s? Bro any good doctor and exercise science student from this time knows that movement is the key to healing injuries. It's called active recovery, it has more positive influence in injury rehab than completely not moving, moving in a way that doesn't aggravate the injury. Clicking mouse barely activates the muscles connected to the ucl site. Stretching alone won't help stabilization of the joint, it requires EXERCISE, to strengthen
