    Thanks Emily. I'm a 44 yo tennis player on the court 3x week. Also in the gym but elbow sore these days. Will start using these exercises.

    All those exercises key on rear deltoid , an often heavily neglected muscle and that can certainly cause imbalance to the shoulder joint BUT those are not going to help you with elbow pain you already are experiencing ... Inner and outer elbow pain commonly phrased Golfers elbow or Tennis elbow need to be addressed directly , I don't see the title of this video being accurately portrayed in this video ..
