    Hi guys, thanks so much. I am an older pitcher, 50 years living in Santa Cruz, CA. I am throwing three days a week at the park by myself. Seeing you guys work and grind helps my mind going into my sessions. Stay blessed and May all your dreams come true😵😵

    bro with all due respect chapman might be throwing himself out of the game but he’s still hitting 97 plus easy and running it up to 101,102. He might be declining but you gotta respect the hardest and arguably the best closer of all time😂

    @@Jetup24 bro i’m not saying that😂 but bro let me give you some facts. The pitch is the fastest pitch ever recorded in MLB history at 105.mph he has a career 2.48 ERA. Seven time all star He isint the best closer of all time but you have to admit he’s One of the most dominant closers in all of baseball for the last decade. It’s funny that the moment a pitcher plays below his expectations and pitchers poorly people jump on that person and claim he sucks, is washed and is garbage. Chapman is 10x better than most pitchers will ever be.

    Does arm care help improve velocity or does it just protect the body from injury?

  • @davecarron323

    @davecarron323

    both - arm care provides strength to small and large muscle groups so that your arm can be well balanced, which supports proper mechanics. furthermore, flexibility is a vastly underrated aspect of good pitching. good athletes are always tremendously flexible. large range of motion + tendon strength = massive output

    Lmao Chapman throwing 100+ also having the hardest pitch ever and you say he’s training himself out of the game. Sounds like jealously
