I've had this desk for 3 years now and thought something had gone bad. I tried unplugging from the wall and plugging it back in and that didn't work. I found this video after a quick google search and my desk is working perfectly again! Thank you for saving my husband some honey-do time!

Fantastic information. I was disassembling to return the desk at COSTCO when I thought I would give youtube a quick check. I wish all troubleshooting was as easy and articulate as this video. Thanks and well done!

Daneal: YOU. ARE. THE. MAN! I actually went out and bought another (ok, bigger) desk with the plan that I would take apart the motor on my "broken" Tresanti desk. I've been out there farting around in the garage with it. Finally, I was smart enough to find your video. This fixed it exactly as you said it would. I've got about 57 other things that are "broken". Worked like a glove. Or a charm. Or whatever. Thanks for the solve - this corrective action is NOT listed in the manual. For others who might be having this issue, mine started with the "E3" code for "motor is not powered" even though my unit was powered and securely connected. Something was out of whack and Daneal's vid remedied the problem. Thank you.

Thank you! That was so easy! One thing to note (and maybe it was stated in the video but I missed it) you have to have the desk at the "bot" position when you unplug it.
