Perfect. I knew it was not broken. In fact I called the customer service guys at Twin Star and they instructed me to take apart the 8pin cable and touch all of the buttons one after another. I did this 10 times and frustrated went on to find this instructions. Thant is it! Thanks

@@cd8k116 After waiting in the queue, I think the guy said they only support TVs and PC/Laptops. Shame the Costco Tresanti product page (UK) indicates you should contact them. Costco Concierge Services | Technical Support Free technical support exclusive to Costco members for select electronics and consumer goods. (having a nice big 'tick' against it ...or I believe a 'check' if you are in the US) He was polite in trying to do the same searches as I hade done, but ultimately a waste of 30mins.

Awesome! Had the issue with my Fazibo desk. it was not going up and was going only down. Watched this video took it all the way down and it reset the sensor. Life is back to normal now :)

Fantastic - fixed my issue - wasn't looking forward to a drawn out fixing and/or replacement process. And as somebody commented ... it is a heavy item to be taking back.

Thank you so much for this post! I work from home doing IT and I just got this desk approximately 3 weeks ago and thought it was broken. I love the desk, but the thought of having to drag it back to the store for a return and put a new one together was not my idea of fun. Such an easy fix!

You are a STAR, you saved my time and effort to go back to Costco to fix this simple issue, much appreciated :)

This fix did not work for me after multiple attempts; what finally worked in my case was grabbing a pair of channel locks (or equivalent tool) and manually turning the gear axle that is exposed between motor and right leg; turning this counter clockwise (mine was stuck on top position) about ten rotations finally allowed the desk to lower and rise completely; perhaps for those stuck with E3 error and at lowest position can try the same manual turn method, just turn clockwise (while looking at right leg from inside/underneath desk) Hope that helps...
