Thank you very much. I was frustrated and was desperately checking the cords and cables before I watched this video. I wish I saw this earlier.

FOR ANYONE HAVING A FLASHING “RES” I found a fix. This means your desk is probably all the way down and you need to raise it manually by hand and try the reset process again. I did this by hand turning the side without the motor and then taking a 7/32 socket and turned the end with the motor to go up. Then I did the reset process and it fixed the issue

How did you get to the motor? My desk appears to be self contained.

Should be on the right side underneath, on the side of the motor should be the spot where the bar connecting to the other side goes in and thats what you want to turn.@@timharris2875

I feel like this is so close but I guess I need a video. 😢 It’s been three hours trying to fix this darn desk.

I thought my brand new studio desk was toast and now she is back working again, Thank you so much!!

This fixed my standing desk not going up any more it will go down, and I was freaking out but then I found this video and this fix worked! Thank you soo much!

I never comment on videos but this just saved me! I was praying I wouldn’t have to buy a new one!

My table stopped working properly, and has only been able to go between minimum hight, and around +20cm. This fixed it right away - thank you so much for the video! :)

Wow thank you! I just got my desk and was wondering why the up and down button didn't work I held the down button for about 15 seconds and the light started blinking. Then I was able to use the up and down buttons again and they worked. Thanks for this brilliant helpful video

THANKS! Fixed my "Desk only able to go down" problem.

I was living in a place with a wonky floor and it must have made the two motors set differently when i readjusted it. Thankyou for this video, my desk successfully reset, it initially displayed an error but when i lifted my finger and placed it on the down arrow again it continued and reset and showed rst on the screen.
