do you have any tips for removing stuck bottom brackets? I have an alu frame bike with a shimano 20t spline BB and it just won't budge. soaked in WD40 for 2 days, 2ft breaker bar, 2 day of soaking in cola too!

You could try it with a impact driver. With this tool you can press on the nut well (so it don't come off and destroy the spline) and the impacts may loosen the BB. Remember they go out in the way you pedal

Is there any chance you could share the torque specs for all the parts on the bike? I tend to look each one up and different sites have different settings sometimes. If all the info was in one place, it'd be real helpful.

5nm for everything non weightbearing in my opinion and around 10nm for weight bearing i.e. Seat/seat post/crank/bars) - Most I'll torque with carbon is 8nm and that is only as the frame states 6nm to 8nm max

Love the bike design kzread.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L and functionality. It is hard to align the front tired to center the disk brakes. The brake wheel touches the stationery side of the brake caliper and pad. I aired the tire up to 40 psi as the markings say 40-60psi. Left the house for a few hours and came back to an exploded innertube. All in all it seems to be a good bike. Have not ridden it yet though so that's the max of my knowledge. Update, put a new innertube made sure the tire was set properly and it did the same thing in under 20 minutes as second pic shows.

Hi Guys, I have watched a few of your videos and have learned a lot from you about looking after a bike. One thing I haven't seen in any of your videos is a breakdown/rebuild of the front shocks (forks). Is this because they are not serviceable, or it's not economically viable? I don't think I have ever seen you having to replace a set of shocks neither. Would appreciate your thoughts. Love the videos, I can see a lot of effort goes into creating them. Keep them coming!!
