That RC has to be crazy on 6s. The Maxx is on my short list of RC to get down the road. Good video too bad about the transmitter. Another good video!!

Traxxas XMaxx….if you wanted a smaller machine I’d go with a Slash 2wd or 4x4 brushless

Cool bash, I used to have a V1 Widemaxx i traded my first X-Maxx for i know it's alright if you laugh at me for that dumb trade i did but last year i traded the Maxx for a Castle sidewinder 6s powered Slash 4x4 i stripped down and now plan to sell when the weather gets better. About the radio issue that sucks but they are cheap to replace on eBay i had a few of my TQI's have glitching issues and they would cause whatever vehicle i had it in to stutter on acceleration.

Yeah I can get ahold of a new transmitter if I need to….thats doesn’t sound like that terrible of a trade…the Slash 4x4 is a good truck

If that radio is dead and you have another traxxas radio laying around, you can bind them to multiple vehicles at the same time

That is true…I have quite a few bound to other cars

They get a little wild on 4s. I would like to try belted tires to see how the handling is.

Yeah the tires do balloon up more than I’d like but they do get decent grip…I feel like most belted tires wouldn’t have the cushioning needed for hard basing, but I could be wrong though

I used to leave my remotes out in the garage and one day I went to drive my hoss and the remote never would turn on so let me know if you fix it!

Thanks! Yeah it was a bit bizarre….maybe it got some snow or moisture in it…I’ll have to see about a new one if this one doesn’t work anymore…I’m gonna try to let it dry out first

Oh good point. I didn’t think of that. Hopefully it starts working again once it has a chance to warm up and dry out.
