What was there to hate at first? I’m genuinely curious. I’ve never seen him. Try to scam anybody. It could possibly be that some people just think that if somebody’s making a profit that it’s automatically a scam and most people will hate because of that. I’m not sure I’ve always been a supporter.

I work at T-Mobile CEC (Customer experience center) been doing it for 7 years and call center work altogether 14 years. We use a A.I system internal that we have all our documents and more into it that helps to answer and do stuff internal that would blow people's mind. Yall are on a super good track to help yourself and customer by having A.I . Blows my mind people would be late or take long breaks or lunchs. We have productivity goals and I Exceed them always because I treat my job like I'm a owner which Iam since we get lots of stock each year. The better I do for my company, the better my company can do for me and my customers. If I lived in New York I'd love to show you a week of me on the phones and computer. I love my job but I always keep my door open. Biggest thing most people should take from any job just like your dating someone do your best and leave no stone un turn so you never look back and say I wish I did this different. I wanna look back and say I gave everything I got to have been the best I could be. Much love - Tony 💙

I had a little bit of a struggle with my second purchase, felt like i was a less important customer because i was only spending a couple hundreds bucks, i got left on hold long enoufh i had to ask a few times if the dude was still there(sucks i cant remember who it was, but i do know rodrigo helped me to actually complete the transaction...he also helped me with my initial question, that kicked off the transaction (trading a 10k chain for a 14k chain that i had on layaway) i already got another chain on layaway and hoping this one goes smooth lol

Why can’t you have people work from home based on schedules and breaks. So calls are forwarded to these work at home individuals while other folks are either out office or on breaks. Along with after hours based on international time zones it’s not that hard to miss calls.
