I just had an UP and said the greeting about world class... and the highest level... When we came back from the lot into the office I asked if I could get something hot or cold and they said hot. BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't close the deal because they need to find a truck to tow the fifth wheel. I tried putting the cart in front of the horse, sometimes it works, not this time.

Trying to apply to dealerships. No sales experience, never made a commission. The manager tells me “why would I buy a car from you in the interview” What would you say? I said “ I’ll be an honest salesman “ He didn’t like that for sure. After that I asked him why would I buy a car from him.. he said “I don’t have to answer”… maybe it’s what you said earlier how the manager owes you nothing. Especially to someone who isn’t even hired.

12:30 what he is saying is the absolute truth! I used to do D2D sales for and I was nationally ranked #11 in sales for the company by my 3rd week on the job. I can’t tell you the number of dinners I had with customers within minutes of knocking on the door! The van would end up outside after picking everyone else up in awe as I closed the deal.

Hey just got a question, how do you deal with people that are to close-minded to talk to and are not open for deeper relationship they want to stay transactional and anything you do make them unconfoortable?

I totally agree with you. He is teaching how to be "pushy" and that is not a thing anymore . Personally, every time I see pushy salesperson- I ask for a normal one.
I once had a salesperson ask to use my bathroom and the trash to dispose of his coffee. If someone asked me about a beverage, I'd tell them the beer is fridge.
Earn the right. Ask for permission. Can I take care of your business, sit right next to you and walk you through the entire process?
It is 100% impossible to take man dressed like that seriously.
