He is better in the way that Grant Cardone makes himself seem levels higher than you, sometimes you feel belittled, while Andy uses a style where he make you feel like you are in the same level,yet impresses you every time, and that is what separates a good teacher from a great teacher. Promise you it’s a hours worked and product knowledge over attitude. Attitude helps get to the yes faster but then you’ve told your customer a RX350 takes regular gas and now they’re in service screaming because they need an engine rebuild and guess what… you don’t even know their name because you sold 98 cars last month closing the Andy way.

It’s not that you are a fruity gleeful thespian. It’s just that you have to embody and act as that person that can inspire people. Now as I scale a company, I see it the same way. Ultimately, you have to be what people need. If it’s not natural to you, or you have to play the part.

This is a really great video man. It really reminds me of Belfort's straight line sales process because every time you say massive certainty and massive rapport, it just reminds me of reading his book way of the wolf. And they're definitely is an art of looping. It was a whole chapter in the book.

Im in oilfield sales, and I feel that Andy and I would take over the world, if we were on the same team. I've often thought about starting my own sales training, but intercompany. Maybe you and I will cross paths one day, bud. I recently found you, Andy, and I'm happy there are other killers AND helpers out there. I never thought of using my personality and sales skills to train others and also get paid for it...great concept, bud. You're doing great, and I hope we cross paths one day, so I can shake your hand. (A lot of people dont realize how much you're doing for them, FOR FREE. If they listen and follow your instructions, they can literally make more money and improve their lives. How many friends do they have that can do that for them?) These tips are understood among natural salesmen, but this knowledge is crucial and PRICELESS for others that dont know about it. Andy is 100% doing huge favors with this stuff. If my competitors ever found out about Andy, they might actually be considered competition. Keep it up, Andy.
