I have owned 3 hair salons over a 20 year career. I don't have them any more, but this is exactly what goes on . A stylist starts in the company, builds a client list , and takes it somewhere else. You have to let them go wright away Because the person leaving, or thinking about leaving always tries to convince another employee to leave with them.... and They will try to destroy your business. Especially if there's bad feelings between the employer, and employees...It is what it is...... Iam sure Max already knows this.

Exactly. A person leaving usually has talked to other employees and can put the idea of a "better" opportunity elsewhere and it just manifest within then spreads to others. Before you know it 1 ex employee turns into 3,4,5 etc.

I hope that this is all real, because I got a new respect for Trax. He wants Noah to thrive and to be in the business with him. It seems like Noah loves the lifestyle/flash and when you're a kid some pocket change always feels nice. It seems like he wants to be in the game but doesn't have the eye that Trax has. I think they would both benefit from writing out their personal goals, and the expectations they have from each other(as clear and concise as possible that would translate well with one another), then update each other on any changes. It seems like a major barrier in achieving that great synergy is communication.

My first ever custom piece was done by TraxNYC actually Giorgi was the one that handled my transaction. Now I needed up getting my piece in March of 2020 right as covid 19 was in the beginning and the country was going crazy!! There was a few errors and things like that but I not only paid for the custom piece but the experience. They did everything fine, communication, kept me in the loop and whether or not I overpaid or blah blah, I knew what I was willing to pay and could afford to lose. I still have the piece almost 3 years later and I love it. Have I lost a few stones, Yes, am I 1000% careful, No, so I get it. My point is, I am a regular guy, who is a finance manager at a dealership from Boston with a wife, 2 kids and 2 dogs and no different then most of you but being able to get the experience for something I wanted and I'm also able to say, TraxNYC knows exactly what they are doing and if you can afford it, go ahead and do it!!

Ive worked in the business for the past 9 years and unfortunately you see this too often loyalty is something that you cant put a price on. Ive been offered jobs and opportunities from companies that would blow your mind but never forget the ones who gave you the opportunity in the first place. There is way to grow there is a way to move on but stabbing the one gave you the hand to get you off your back is some dirty shit.

  • @robertsanchez1776

Loyalty is something that is eather in a person or its not. Any of your employees who seemed loyal at first then switched up had it in them the whole time. That's theyre character. I'm a person who is loyal to a fault. And I'm ashamed to say many times my loyalty has caused me alot of pain but it's not something I can just change if I care about somebody im loyal. If somebody helps me or does something for me I never forget about it and will always have their back. If you gave me a job I'd take it as a life changing opportunity and be forever greatful. People who take things and people for granite make me sick. Just shows they havnt really been through anything in life and just want to take shortcuts in life. Kudos to Noah for ending the conversation and giving the Bad Mouthing finger pointing boss a handshake. You followers of Max better realize that he edited the video in his favor to make Noah look bad. If you can't see the deliberate stops and jumps in conversation you are fabricating your own story. Who are we as outside viewers to assume that something was ever written up or signed? What if it was a verbal agreement, two very different things. #bigbadbullysocialmediaMax
