Yerevan is quite pretty, but Armenia’s true beauty lies in its nature , like once you leave the city of Yerevan it genuinely gets stunning . Source : I visited lol

Armenia is one of the safest countries in the world. There would be no problem hiring a car to take you sight seeing (or even booking a guided tour). The historical sight to Mt Ararat is the monetary of Khor Virap. It is where St. Gergory the Illuminator was imprisoned by the pagan King Tiridates. When the King fell ill, St. Gregory cure him, so the King freed St. Gregory and converted Armenia to Christianity - becoming the first Christian nation.

Yerevan is so Soviet I love it 😭🤣 the most Soviet experience you’ll get out of any ex USSR countries , except maybe Russia itself
