They are basically doing nothing. PP is taking months. Reply on email’s is zero. Hardly answer the phone. You will get the feeling you are at government office in Sri Lanka. Sorry to say.

මම Toronto වල අවුරුදු 20. ඔව් කැනඩාවේ winter එකට කැනඩාවෙන්ම winter clothes ගන්න ඕන. කන වැහෙන එක විතරක් මදි. මුලු ඔලුවම වැහෙන්න ඕනි. හොඳින් ආවරණය වුනා නම් එලියේ ඇවිදින එක pleasure එකක්.

What is up with South Asians always complaining about our people? My parents had great experience with the High Commission of Sri Lanka in Canada. Their employees are friendly and do the job right. My parents have used them on multiple occasions with same results. I understand that it is typical to just complain but have you tried getting services done by the Canadian Embassy in Sri Lanka? In the past, that org has been overrun by many issues! 🤑
