Please do more of these! These muscle explainers are amazing for people such as I suffering from chronic muscle tightness and imbalance. This video alone explained more than most of my physical therapy has ever explained!
Short,sweet,to the point-THE BEST
The most useful video I’ve watched on the trapezius yet! You covered everything I needed! Thank you so much!
The actions being animated really helped! Thank you!
Origin: Occipital bone Spines of c7-t12 . Insertion: Clavicle Acromion and spine of Scaula Action: Inferior muscles: Depress scapula. Middle fibers: Adduct scapula Superior fibers: rotate scapula upward.

A square promoting another video appeared right at the center of the screen obstructing what it was supposed to be explaining. I don't feel like watching more videos of this channel.
