a week before i changed the clutch and flywheel as they had both gone, i replaced the dual mass for another dual mass but then ford later changed the part to a solid flywheel.

Yes now doing one, and rear blts are just spinning and not realesing tension lol will drill hole to see if i can hold nut in "chassis" ... yes got it free after hour f#ing about... how did you removed bolts behind catalyst?? There is two bolts, looks like CAT has to come off too

@eddd6827 theres a 90° mounting plate between the CAT and engine block . Few 13mms take that off. And if u have a long flex head head spanner you can just about fit it in to crack the bolts off. If i remember right they wont come out all the way without removing the cat BUT, I wound them out as far as i could and left them in place and removed the box. They wont hinder the gearbox going back in and u can just tighten back up when the box is back in. Hope it goes smoothly mate

When taking out the gearbox is there any other bolts round the belhousing that are hidden or something? I’ve taken all the bolts round the belhousing out but still very tight as if I’ve missed one? Cheers

where is the speed sensor located on the 6sp RWD transmission on Ford Transit LWB 2012 T155 2.2L? Van goes into limp mode at 40mph with TCS dash light flashing. Diagnosed as wiring/faulty VSS, because (when goes into limp mode) all 4 wheel speed sensors report speed but VSS reports no data (0 mph).

I’ve had box back off to check plates right way round and it was! I’ve bled the clutch multiple times and different ways pedal is perfect but will not go into gear! 😡😂😂 any advise?

@@pedrohenriquevilarmiranda1904 I don't think it was done. ... I actually got the clutch replaced underwarranty. ,The guy said he couldn't see anything obvious. The replacement clutch soon started chattering too! 🙄🤬. A mechanic I like, trust and do use for services did mention the slave a while ago I'm sure. I'm away in Australia, but one day I intend having him do a diagnosis. Cheers 🍻

we see a lot of slaves messing up or coming back even after being changed for a ned genuine ford one so may just be a faulty one
