Over all I'm really impressed with this figure. The robot mode looks good and I absolutely love the vehicle mode. The only real qualm I have with him is the fact that he can not store the swords in robot mode.

For Drift's head, he has a new mold for his face, but his helmet is the same as the original, besides the fact his helmet is red. BTW, he's a Mercades Benz AMG GTR.

opsimathics I like this line personally.But man the leader Optimus from ROTF,Is nothing more than an masterpiece.

i dont know if its just me or not. But this figure looks thinner than the age of extinction one and therefore makes it look more accurate. The old one just seem very bulky and inaccurate.

Random question: I've recently viewed a figure on eBay, it is aoe hot shot (crosshairs repaint) and is selling at $7.99 and free shipping The person selling it has a 99% positive review, should I buy?

he's very loose indeed, but in my opinion I like the knight design and the dragon-mode, I don't know why, but reminds me a little of BWII Galvatron's dragon mode

i think skullitron is a distinct and separate figure from steelbane. it's a toys r us exclusive and has a different head sculpt as well as different paint apps

chefatron thnx unfortunately the only thing i saw recently was the remote controlled sqweeks, leader class optimus, a giant dragonstorm not sure if its a 1 step, the cybertron guy, and deluxe strafe thats all i see but no drift, or hot rod :(

Would be nice if Takara adds metallic red paint to him like they did with the AoE Dinobots.

Both mercedez transformers (soundwave and drift) have the same problem, non fits inside the car mode properly, and soundwave its even worst
