FEATURES of the Transformer Bar:
Industry-first adjustable, multi-functional barbell allowing for 48 different positional variations
Athlete engineered, research-based, and endorsed by industry leaders like Dr. Kelly Starrett, Dr. Stuart McGill, Eric Cressey, and the Kabuki Strength Advisory Board
Includes simple, easy-to-use laminated guide highlighting common positions.
Used by top collegiate and professional sports organizations
Manufactured in the United States at Kabuki Strength Lab in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
The Transformer Bar is practically 3-bars-in-one. Using the first lever height, the bar's mechanics act identically to a Duffalo Bar and allows for a similar squat movement pattern as a regular bar. The Transformer Bar also acts like a regular cambered bar, and of course it is a fully adjustable Safety Squat Bar (SSB) with an industry-first adjustable camber angle and lever height. It allows the lifter to control the height of the camber (4 different settings) as well as the angle (variable by 30 degrees all the way around). There are a total of 48 different positional variations you can select. Check out this quick video overview of the Transformer Bar which shows a lifter changing the camber angle/height. The Transformer Bar is patent pending.

John Meadows is an American professional bodybuilder and entrepreneur with an intriguing story. While John now boasts a successful career as an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and fitness company owner, his journey towards the top was extremely difficult.
Growing up, John never met his father, and his mother died at an extremely young age. This meant John only had his grandmother to take care of him. When his grandmother tragically passed away in 1999, John was left alone without his family to support him.
As the years went by, John continued to face new adversities in his life. During his early days in bodybuilding, John suffered from a rare colon disease. After fighting the disease for several months, his colon burst - almost resulting in his death. Luckily, John was quickly rushed to an emergency room where his life was saved. After several months of recovery, John was finally back on his feet.
Coming back into bodybuilding, John used the very obstacles that almost cost him his life as ‘fuel’ to grow stronger. Ever since he recovered from the colon surgery, John has gone on to become a successful bodybuilder, entrepreneur, and inspiration for many people all over the world.

John, have you tried the Marrs bar, I got one this month. Feels like a real low bar back squat without having to bend your arms in an impossible position Doesn't seem to tax the back to much but I haven't used a lot of weight yet. Also can flip it around for front squats

I purchased this bar for our facility and I've gotten more people under a barbell regardless of injuries than ever before. It is pretty much every squat bar in existence in one, and it even has some settings that aren't possible with a barbell (can mimic any center of gravity). For those of you concerned about the price, I would spend twice as much for it - that is how much of a gamechanger it has been for us.

Kabuki improved the Transformer Bar since this video was recorded. It is now waaay more user-friendly (bye-bye 'settings cheatsheet') and you can even change the bar's settings (using a pin) while the bar is racked AND with plates still on it! It is now bright zinc plated and the padding is more robust, too. Oh yeah, and it's a little cheaper now, too!

I've noticed that your left side seems to slouch lower than your right in the trap and shoulder area. I'm the same way but its my right side that drops especially under load.
