Its crazy how little range of motion he does and yet you know it works for him. I love full range of motion but I also can’t deny he is a former Mr. Olympia and everyone is different.

i’m under the impression that he stays in the prime tension ROM, kinda like if you did pushups but didn’t lock out at the top

I see it in the gym every day, ego lifting, poor rom, far away from failure, and they become stronger and bigger. So maybe it is not that bad as researchers say, or maybe there is something else

that isnt little rom lol i assume you are someone the over exaggerates it and you would fully lock the hammer press out and in reality engaging your shoulders at the top and like most tear a lab or hurt the rotator cuff form nazi's are usually the weakest and smallest its one thing to bent cat back a deadlift or ass lift of the bench and bouncing a bench press but this? his form? you do not know what your talking about

He always went short on his chest work because he said he never wanted to fully engage his triceps. Fully engaging the triceps would fatigue them which in turn would mean less reps because your pec majors are much stronger than your triceps. If you can't push anymore because your triceps are tired then you can't get the most out of your pecs
