It doesn't take common sense to know that this video benefits all groups of people. But in the black community, health issues are immeasurably vast. Clean eating isn't commonly practiced nor is there much education given. If we can get black people to focus on videos like this, then yes, that's more power to improve quality of life.

@@tonijamison2895 This is just from a quick google search. The raw food diet consists of consuming mostly fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Food is considered raw if it has never been heated over 104-118°F. It also shouldn’t be refined, pasteurized, treated with pesticides or processed in any other way. The idea behind the raw food diet is that cooking food destroys natural enzymes and nutrients found in foods. Hope this helps.

Dr. Price and Dr. Baxter, thank you both for having the courage to follow what I know must be a difficult path! Several decades ago, I experienced several peculiar physical symptoms. One afternoon, while I was at work having my usual 3 PM slump. I had started to alleviate that slump with a super sugar fix - a candy bar and a soda (Ugh!), One of those afternoons, I clearly heard a voice in my head that said "You'd better stop eating that dead food!". Wow! I didn't change everything overnight because I really didn't grasp the fact that there was such a thing as "dead food"! I've come a long way since, but it's a difficult path to follow when you have to make every change without much help. I hope more physicians will change their belief systems soon. There are so many people who believe as you do. We just don't have the appropriate medical personnel to help support us. It's lonely out here!

But what about medical schools? The answers will not come from individual doctors, despite the heroic work. How can we get the medical schools to help find answers, whether those answers have patents or not. On a personal level, I utilize FASTING to get me back to some kind of baseline and I aim to regularly consume 50% raw plant food. I also eat meats, that is fish, eggs and occasional pork products. I wish I could have met you when you began practicing medicine! There's not enough space for me to list ALL of the meds I'm on - including Prednisone. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING PRESENTATION! WoW! My Grandma use to always talk to me about what the different herbal remedies does for our bodies, and to stop eating processed foods. Back then I never listened. Until I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000. I had Chemotherapy and radiation. feeling so sick everyday and very low energy. I had to make some quick decisions to survive. I took my Grandma's advice and I changed my diet to a plant base diet. I started to drink more water each day. I got rid of all of the processed foods . I started to do my exercise. And the list goes on with the positive changes that I did to survive. So yes, I'm one of those 100% Proof that natural remedies does heal the body. Anyone can make that change. But you have to be determined to make that change. Thank you for sharing.

And I hope everyone understands stand, over stand and inner stand that the allopathic community is not here to help us heal permanently. They are here to keep us dependent on their medicine. Plant base is definitely the way to go and like the doctors was saying be very careful with vegan junk food. Wishing everyone , Great Health, Safety and Peace.

10 years ago I was diagnoised with HER2 Triple negative breast cancer. The first surgeon I saw wanted me to have treatment before surgery; I declined. He walked out of the exam room, leaving me on the table and said "Good luck with that." It was six months before I found another surgeon who removed the lump. During that time, I started an all raw diet and stayed all raw for another year.

Bobby Price and Baxter Montgomery, I’ve watched and listened to the whole video on this topic of plant vs pills, it would have been a real pleasure had this great knowledge and real talk video been a topic on National Television, the same way as how some of the other political garbage is advertised and addressed to the public on the air, but as we all know big time Pharmaceutical’s along with government agencies would block and sensor you guys, anyway thanks for sharing and passing your knowledge, insight’s and inspiration unto those of us that care and understand and appreciate our God given natural elements of our planet earth, and at the same time not taking away anything from the use of any prescribed medicines when it’s absolutely necessary, great topic, video and lesson. 🇯🇲❤️👍🏽

I just discovered Dr. Montgomery in my search for root causes of my hypertension. I really enjoyed the dialogue. I am working toward adding more raw plants to my diet; it’s happening slowly but surely. I learned from both of you today that inflammation is not a root cause, it’s the body’s healing response. It is not the bad guy. It causes discomfort which should be a red flag to make changes. We need to dig deeper to eliminate the causes of inflammation. That is my mission! We need to remember that toxicity in food and the environment cause inflammation. Elimination diets are hard so I am using personalized tests which detail what specifically is toxic for me;I.e dna, heavy metal and allergy tests. We need more doctors who use these tools too.

So, I was hard headed and I'm feeling it now. I visited Dr. Montgomery at the top of '22 after my mom passed away in 2021, cardiac arrest. She's the 5th generation of her family to die of some heart released illness. I want to get ahead of mine. I love food, so I backslid after Dr. Montgomery's prescription. I follow Dr. Price, so it has come back full circle. I am so ready to be healthier and I don't want to die.

Have you heard of a book called The Pleasure Trap? Check that out! In the mean time, get yourself a box of dates. I split mine in half to make sure there's no critters inside, tuck an almond of walnut in there. Another favorite is a peanut butter chocolate smoothie: peel/slice/freeze your spotty bananas (not yellow bananas, you want your fruit to fully ripen so you don't feel tempted to add sugar. I learned a lot of folks eat unripe fruit). In a blender, add your frozen bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter powder (its lower fat), a few dates if you're missing sweetness, cocoa nibs for crunch - you don't have to miss out of sweetness at all. I've always had a sweet tooth; I'm never without fruit in my home.

❤🎉 Excellent teaching! I am seeking a new path after 22years of being indoctrinated. These kind of conversations would help even more if there was a "network" of like-minded healers that people could find locally. If the allopathic system has "in-network" providers... holistic doctors should be in the out-of-network group healing globally. Please share if there is a such a thing hidden amongst us. 🤔 Thanks again, fellas! This is my first week of doing Dr. Price's detox... I am excited! I thank GOD for you both.

I encourage my family and friends on healthy living/eating/making changes in meal planning, grocery shopping, reading food labels and understanding what you are reading and ingesting in the body. It can be challenging, but it can be done if one is willing to make themselves a priority. Too much money is being paid to encourage unhealthy living, but we can take charge of our health even making small conscience choices daily. Many of us out here that depend on the teaching of true healers. After much experimenting It’s been all about calming my over active immune system with a raw specific vegan diet. I don’t understand it but it’s working. Brain and colon are working again. I’m trying sprouting now. I’m praying that is next level in my healing.
