Three Natural Health Steps to Overcome Obesity, Heart Failure, and Kidney Failure
Ойын-сауық
Dr. Montgomery and the advanced clinical team discuss the remarkable recovery of a patient with heart and kidney failure after having undergone open heart surgery years ago. The team discusses the details of his condition and the underlying cause of his health deterioration and recovery. Moreover, the clinical team reviews the mechanism of how optimal nutrition, exercise, and medication weaning can reverse three potentially lethal chronic diseases.

I have no problems with myself been vegan for 12 years. I took it a step further 3 months ago I'm now raw vegan just fruits and vegetables. I also exercise. I'm 62 and never been on any medication. I'm glad I made the decision yrs ago because diabetes run in my family on both sides. Even though I'm not a doctor or nurse I love learning about the human body. I continue to be amazed how uninformed most people are regarding nutrition and the importance of good vs bad nutrition. And you’re correct, it will need to be spelled out specifically what to eat. I get frustrated people will spend countless hours on social media and I can’t get them to watch a 10 minute video of your work. I recently had a cousin who had bypass and an EF of between 10 and 20. I sent him a Dr. Esseltyn video and his wife made him did down and watch but he told her he got nothing out of the video. You can lead a horse to water!!! Thank you for your work , I truly appreciate you and your efforts. ❤

My family has a history of hypertension stroke and heart disease. My Grandfather had to get a defibrillator, my Mother had a heart attack and eventually later in her life suffered a massive stroke and months later died and she was diabetic. I was diagnosed with hypertension diabetes and lower edema. In 2011 I survived two strokes the first one left my left side paralyzed with peripheral blindness. Thank God I have fully recovered but still left with the peripheral blindness. Hypertension diabetes and lower edema in both my legs. And now in insulin injecting myself twice a day. Please help.

OMG! Your office uses The BEMER! Cool!
Nutrition & eating nutrient-dense foods is so underrated by far too many med docs which just shocks me. I am off all my Rx meds & hae lost over 60 lbs (need to lose abt another 60 lbs by eating a nutrient dense diet with cruciferous veggies. I eat both raw & cooked meals.. abt half of each. I only drink water. No juices, milk, etc. Just water.. sometimes with lemon. I do "green" smoothies & eat raw (grounded) nuts & seed "bombs" daily. I found a "Nutritian" diet workd best for me. It's not a "diet" in the classic sense.. but a nutrient dense program. I have had (T2) Diabetes for a little over 20 yrs now. I believe if the Med. Community was more assertive using Nutrient dense programs.. my disease would have bn put into remission very early on. I sm so happy docs & support staff R catching up with good guidekines on Nutrition. I personally do not know of anybody on Rx Meds with insulin resistant diseases who has gotten better. I am so glad my Mother was a Nurse. Though (T2) Diabetes caused many health issues.. she died abt 35 yrs than her relatives w/o the disease (at 65 y.o.) but she died with all her limbs, still with sight & good mental clarity. As U know, Diabetes is the leading cause of Blindness, Amputations, Dementia & a host of other devastating health issues. My Mother was a Health Champion, long b4 it was fashionable. She actually selected her Docs after interviewing them. She never picked a docor that smoked, was condescending towards womyn (sexist) & did not seek out others for advice. She truly was ahead of her time. Her father lived to 103 y.o. w/o any health issues. As was normal in her Family. We R #PuertoRican 🇵🇷 .. Insulin Resistant (Metabolic) Diseases became more & more prevalent with modern" food conveniences. (T2) Diabetes & Hypertension R wuite prevalent today throughout the #Caribbean & esp. in #PuertoRico 🇵🇷 .. but it is improving since very few had it b4 1950. Something to think abt. T4S.✌🏾💜

That was very informative. "Tools" yes they are crucial to health...it's crazy that we don't realize tools are needed to recover our health not medications. Question: How do you know how much plaque is in your arteries? Can you reduce arterial plaque?
@MontgomeryHeartWellness
11 ай бұрын
We are not able to quantify the amount of plaque in the cardiovascular system; however, we have ways of determining the amount of inflammation in the arteries and the general presence of plaque. We are able to address findings like this using natural interventions. We can then show changes in inflammation and improvement in vascular function which are indirect ways of showing plaque regression. Angiograms can be used also, but are not usually necessary. Yes, plaque can be reduced.

Since learning about this life style a month ago, being type 2 with very loosely controlled BS, and last A1C at 9, in eating WFPB really the only cooked food are the beans that go on my very large salad.
