I Did it after watching what the health on Netflix. I did my own research to see if it would work for me, and not just watch a documentary....so I stopped eating meat and dairy.. Basically ate fruits, veggies, nuts and grains. Drank spring water only. I was on diabetes meds, high blood pressure, and cholesterol meds. Five months later, I lost 30 lbs reversed all my ailments including arthritis and sinusitis. My a1c diabetes levels went from a 7 to a 5.5, I'm officially off all meds and feel so much better at the age of 48!! My problem prior to this experiment was I ate fast food, beef, pork and junk food. I detoxed my body just eating plant based foods. My doctors were amazed at my results. I'm done paying the pharmaceutical companies. Doctor bills are now low and I'm living my best life. Do your own research people would be my advice.

I completely agree with you. The fact that this wife says "we" as it pertains to the court case from 1987, is so very disappointing, because she was not there going through that case with him. There is 30yrs of research, data, and info that this Mrs. Dr. Sebi only knows through pipeline knowledge. As the original Mrs. Bowman stated - this wife wasn't there. She didn't help come up with his name. She didn't help him develop his original recipes, poltices, and salves. It's really a mess to take credit for 30+ years of someone else's work...wow!

Sway, thank you for this. I learned about Dr Sebi through a Left Eye documentary. I started learning and doing some of the recommendations and was able to leave my medications for chronic migraines and lupus after three months. It was a challenge at first but after noticing the changes I chose to continue with this life changing journey. Its not for everyone....if you like the easy route then just take a pill and continue going to your doctor. Doctors can help you cover up the symptoms for how long? They are not trained to treat the root of the problem. A sick patient is job security. Doctors and pharmaceutical companies are just legal drug dealers ... Mrs Sebi and Dishinko are giving wise information ..the people that are sayin this is false info really need to do your research.

I started with a detox, intermittent fasting for the first few weeks. Following the alkaline diet strictly. No meat, dairy or sugar for the first three months. I used some of the detox herbs. Using the book Alkaline Herbal Medicine by Aqyls Aniys as a guide. This book is dedicated to Dr. Sebi. It is a must have if you want to change your health. Some of the herbs are hard to find. I do supplement with bone broth and plant protein a few times a week. I still follow the alkaline diet but at least once or twice a week I have a small amount of organic chicken or grass fed beef. I also take plant based minerals and supplements, chlorella is a must. I stopped taking methrothrexate for inflammation and pain and replaced with cbd oil.

Interesting about the mucus. As someone who smoked for a long time, one thing i noticed as i got worse and worse was that i got really mucousy.
