    Can you keep doing the weekly challenges. I am slowly building my core again and I usually jump around all your videos to find one but it was really nice just to go sequentially. I would also like something for mid and upper back as well since its all connected.

    Hi Melissa, what an amazing 7 day challenge, it's just amazing 👏👏 My hips are really stiff 😬 so this is super helpful. I've done them all a few times, doing three of the classes right after each other. My body feels most used after the slightly longer classes of 30 minutes or more. So I hope you can do that occasionally🧘‍♀️🙏🏼

    Thanks for the past seven days. I really like the mix of the poses throuout the past week. It's great when videos habe a sequence and you just follow that. I liked the length of the videos as well. They are nice to use in combination with other ones in the future.

    Melisa I luv your channel for: 1. Most effectiveness in shortest amount of time 2. Its focus on hips, pelvic, accessible core 3. Twists and rotation in almost all videos

    Thank you Melissa this has been a super challenge. Today definitely brought all the elements to a conclusion, a lovely practice to end the challenge. I'm definitely feeling differences in my body. The left is great at balancing, but I the right is better at twisting. Looking forward to further challenges in the future fir sure. 👍 😊
