Tired of pesky bladder leaks when working out then try this

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

❌ Stop letting your bladder interfere with your workouts!
Just because you’ve had kids, doesn’t mean you have to live with leaks or an overactive bladder everytime you workout. 🤦🏼‍♀️
This is extremely common, especially with moms!
It can be so embarrassing, and you always have to worry about wearing a liner or dark pants, trust me, I get it.
This used to happen to me too, I even got to a point where I almost gave up running! 😖
But thankfully, I learnt that making simple adjustments and strengthening your core can help you run freely without worrying about leaks again! 🙌🏼
So, if you’re ready to workout worry-free again, join my FREE Take Control of Your Bladder Masterclass 🔥
Comment “Take Control” for the exercises to heal your bladder!

Not that belly breathing is bad, but if you are someone who experiences pelvic floor issues, belly breathing increases intra-abdominal pressure, therefore increasing pelvic tension and tightness contributing to pelvic floor issues. Belly breathing has lots of amazing benefits, but if one is struggling with pelvic floor issues belly breathing is not helpful.
