Thanks for this video. Your pug is such a smart dog. It broke the excuse that pugs are a dumb breed. I love the "potato" trick that your dog did in the other video. I gotta teach my dog that trick. 😁

I love Ollie he's such an intelligent boy. We adopted a pug in the summer, he's 4 and my Mum thinks he's done for when it comes to training 😆. However, I feel there's still hope cos he loves crawling on his belly so going to start with that. Really interesting info about dopamine levels and pug behaviour. Thanks for sharing 🐾🐾

My pug is soooo food motivated. He’s 9 weeks and listens really good because he’s hooked on chicken.

Just purchased 2, 8wk old, sister and brother, black pug/schnauzer mixed pups. Enjoyed your video. How did you potty trained? I'm working on pad training like my 2 other dogs ( 3 yr old m. schnauzer and a 6mo.old m.chorkie) I know, I'm brave. Not. Wasn't planned and one was free :/

Our pug is 11 months and he has right leg loose knee . He doesn’t jump heights yet.. we didnot want to go for any surgery as vets said it’s ok unless he goes out tracking or stairs often. Can he learn jumping?

I have had a Pug in my life for 25 yrs and My Life and Heart Feels Empty Without one . My current one is 4 yrs and his name is Tank . I need help with Basic Obedience and i hear they are Stubborn as an American Pit Bull Terrier But I have had one of them, and Tank is So I am desperate For For Basic obedience. Tank was Potty trained When I got him at 8 weeks old.

As long as you need to, mine has been trained to go for one walk in the morning to do his pee and poo and then he’s let out once before bed in the garden to do his wee before bed, and he’s perfectly happy, wolves and dogs have showen also eating only one meal per day is actually more beneficial so that’s a bonus for time, leave your dog for as long as you need just make sure thier happy, fed and have adequate time outside

Is your pug's name Wallace? We have a pug named Wallace, never trained a pug before him, only sporting and protection dogs. He's tested me more than any breed I've had the pleasure of influencing.. though he is my own personal pup.

I just tap her paw when she sits and if she doesn’t lift it u have to slight push it up and hold it and give a treat and repeat and reward after a while she started giving her paw so would recommend doing so too

Hey man did you pug get a surgery for his airways? We recently rescued a 4 month old and we are thinking of paying to get the surgery to improve his quality of life. Would you recommend this?

Mine has a flap of wrinkle skin removed near his eyes because it was pressing on his eyes and causing damage, now removed it’s perfect for him and he’s happy - first diagnose what are the issues. Don’t guess. The vets will tell you if he has a small pallet, narrow airways ect. He he/she is struggling to breath then definitely get this surgery. Hold your nose a little and try breath a little it’s horrible experience…. Definitely needs to be done , but like I said get them checked for what issues are present :). End of the line animals should not suffer help them x
