I love these collabs Brian as a lifelong fan I would love nothing more than to see you and Zydrunas train together and maybe have a sit down and go over your rivalry I know you might not be the greatest friends (not sure how you get along now?), but you are the greatest rivalry this sport has ever seen and will likely ever see. The closest thing strongman will have to an Ali/frazier It is definitely something that should happen at some stage and every fan of the sport would be buzzing! Great video as usual!

@@ShayanGivehchian they’ve had some legitimate bad interactions in the past. Brian tore his hamstring once and Zydrunas accused him of faking the injury and they had a whole big thing over social media. They’re not huge fans of each other so I really doubt that they’ll be collating any time soon
I really appriciate how Brian alternates his circus dumbell. I understand using your dominate side for the comp but in training get good with both.
@BGAbazor
Жыл бұрын
But also worth noting that Brian tends to only use dominant side for max or for medley presses. If the event is for reps he will always alternate, and tends to perform really well in those comps for the reasons you said.

@@BGAbazor I wonder if they really are equal or if he would save time for the reps event if he used his dominant hand until it fatigued then switch and switch back to dominant if the other hand fatigued and the dominant recovers.
Picking up the monster dumbbell single handed and casually strolling with it shows how freakish Brian’s grip strength is.

Not that this surprises me, but I never realized Shaw has been flying these guys out. Truly a class act. All sports need someone like Brian Shaw. Much respect.
yo did Brian almost start crying after Bobby thanked him at the end? I did. such a beautiful exchange. its so pleasant seeing Brian's hard work and kindness paying off in the best way with that last fist bump. so cool. big love from Kentucky

That was very heartwarming what Bobbie said at the end. I love that Brian still competes. He may never win a WSM again but it’s not like he’s the worst he came in second place last year fourth place this year. He’s still one of the best. He’s leaving a massive legacy behind and helping out all the other younger strong men these days. Possibly he could still win a WSM now with the right side of events.
These collabs are awesome!! Love getting to hear you both speak and share tips/stories!

The speed on the lifts is crazy! I did a video on practical lift technique and strength and used Brian Shaw as the example. This is why!
Its awesome to see a sport where guys can be so competitive on game day, then have such amazing comraderee everywhere else.

Hey Brian! I wanna see you close a Captains of Crush #4. You can do it for sure.
I feel like I'm the only one that fears fort their feet when they drop any of the heavy weights from the log to the dumbbells and barbells, stones, etc. Then I pondered if the weights are too heavy for steel toes to be a protection and become more of a danger. mad respect to all the strong men.

Brian .. on the sandbags throw why don’t u a bar right there by shed and the stick from side of cement and when u need to workout for that event, u connect the 2 parts like a |7 not a lot of money to do ✌️💰👍
"don't second guess it" Every time B takes a second to dial in. This guy obviously hasn't seen Brian compete
Bobbie is such an absolute beast with the log. I can see him breaking the world record one day
Need a collab with you and some of the top powerlifters
Robert Oberst is going to be all sorts of mad at the tile of this one…
Have you ever tried rob Kearney's way of lifting overhead
These guys are super human
How much weight was the top set of the log and how much does one of the monster dumbbells weigh? Crazy how easy they can make it look.
Need to know where Brian got that American flag shirt with the colored stripes I love it
Bobbies extension from chest to overhead is so crisp and clean..Brian's is just effortless brute strength
Shaw by name strength by nature
That guy is making it look so easy .
The quiet in the new gym is unusual.
Can you tell me where you buy all the stuff at
Do you think you ever put in the old side show strong man event of bending metal bars for time?
Love Boby

How heavy is the dumbbell they are using ?
Brian changing shirts mid set lmao
Sad to see OB being replaced!!
Bobby needs a Gimli helmet from lord of the rings, spitting image :-)

Grip endurance might not he top 5 anymore but his grip strength is still insane
Never skip log day! ^^
whats in those throwing bags that had a bounce?
How much is the live stream??
Lmfao. “Brian, I get it”
For a short guy Bobby is pretty strong. 😂. And the look on his face when Brian picks up the circus dumbbell and just walks away with it. 😂
Oberst screaming internally right now
I really want/need to get back working out. I see almost everyday where my body, I don’t want to say is failing, but Ive lost a large portion of my strength. I’ve noticed that I have severely lost my grip, and I/muscles fatigue way to quickly. Just yesterday I was unloading small logs weighing between maybe 5lbs-20lbs each carrying them to a burn pile probably 60 feet away, and throwing the logs 10 feet over a creek. Made 10 trips from wood pile to burn pile and noticed muscle and grip fatigue in the middle of doing it. It wasn’t the same feeling as a pump. It was legit tiredness. I recovered somewhat quickly after, but little things like that really eat at me. I even have “chicken wings” bad now (flabby triceps). 6’4 360 my weight has turned against me now. I’m genuinely fat now. I don’t eat like I did when working out, but I ballooned up after I stopped working out. Went from “fit” looking 340lb to fat@$$ 360lb.
Id love to see brian win the max log this year ik he has the capability for it since he said his pb in training was 470.
Hey Brian you need to have a Podcast or Training session with Branch Warren. You and He train very hard and have the same Mindset.
Nice bideo
Hey brian
I saw after the shaw classic take everyone to a local buffet restaurant and let the boys loose and see the reaction of the employees
Picking up the monster dumbbell 1 hand and walking casually... holly smokes
I don't think there's anyone who can alternate both sides for the circus Dumbbell as well as Brian
It would be cool to get an American trio going at Brian's gym, like him, Bobby, and Evan, or him, Evan, and Trey.
What is weight of the log bar empty?
My biggest dream in life is to have Brian as my hype man
Idea to get faster! Treat yoga like workouts. Hold position as long as you can and match it the next 2 sets. Able to throw your weight around easily! Can you dunk?
MAN! When Brian makes a fist they look like sledge hammers 🔨 😳😏😃🤘
