Help me out here. I have the BodyMindFit shena board. Just got it around the holidays. It's a nice piece, don't get me wrong, but I find it's kind of painful on my palms doing the push ups. I thought the sword grip would be nice on my hands, but the pressure points it give in my palm is rather painful, and only builds as I'm using it. Furthermore, my tendons/ligaments in my wrist tend to feel very very strained with it. What am I doing wrong? I'm sure it shouldn't feel this way, and there's clearly a reason why the sword grip version is considered the "better" option, but I'm just disappointed that it's giving me this pain. Thanks!
