Hey Larry, just catching up on a few of your videos that I missed. Question 1: when you work a cow down the fence in reined cow horse training, where is the position you want with your horse, as in, looking down your horse’s centerline, are you driving your horse towards the cows neck to push him down the fence while keeping your horse in good position for controlling the stop of the cow, do you drive towards his nose to try stopping the cow, or do you just allow your horse to try paralleling and following along with the cow like working a flag? Question 2: How and when can you start to tell which event a horse in training is better suited for that is cow bred, cutting or reined cow?

Awesome. When stopping I thought the position / level of their head was more important than the shoulder? Btw.."No point doing it until he's blue in the face" 😂

Hi B. Actually, "every" part of their body is important. Thanks for your feedback.

Hello Larry. I have a question. Can one horse have two diferent saddles ? (An english one and westeren one) Is it a good or a bad idea ? By the way i love your videos. Every time I watch them i am so blown away because its really incredibe how you know what to do with your horse how to fix the problem, how to train them and so on. You have become my idle Larry.

Hi Zala, It's actually a good idea to alternate two or more different saddles

I love all of these videos, is there any way you can quit filming in mono? Every video is in mono. It would be nice to get sound in the right headphone.
