I have a request please. About leash walking training with multiple dog. I have 5, all of which, when walking separately, walk great on the leash in a good heel position. But how do you go about adding another dog correctly? Every time I get the 3rd dog added, they like to weave between each other, and all want to be the one closest to me, and I just feel like I am fumbling with the leashes the whole time also. Do you hold them a certain way? Have them tied? Id love to see how you get them to walk so nicely next to each other and not on top of each other like mine all do.

Obviously with Augostos energy any dog he has he is instantly going to be interacting with them, he is not going to bring home dogs and just let them do what they want until he starts to train them. Training starts the minute you have ownership of your dog. You don't just let your dogs act however they want until okay, today we are going to train and make everyone start to listen, so now it begins, that is ridiculous. Obviously from how he is with dogs, his natural energy is natural training tendencies, so as I said any of his dogs from minute one, will be obedient pretty quick. It is but common sense...

I really like this sort of calm video with no music distraction. It comes across as much more professional and mature. Also, hearing on a previous video feedback from your clients was a brilliant idea. It not only made the video more personal for your fans but it consolidated your training and proved (to those who don't believe) your methods really do work. Fantastic!!

Few would doubt that his methods "work" in the short term (when his clients give their feedback) because he fights dogs to the point of exhaustion and/or submission, but proper trainers know this is not a long term solution and is more likely than any other training method to result in the dog becoming over threshold and aggressive in the long term. Balanced as well as reward-based trainers agree on this. His methods do nothing to address the underlying cause of dogs' behaviour (which, incidentally, is not always the aggression he'd like you to believe). He doesn't factor in the dogs emotional state at all, and so the emotional state can't be changed just suppressed. The dog learns nothing but how to be afraid (as Versace demonstrates with her cowering in this video when he approaches her). He claims his methods help to build the bond between the dog and owner, but they do the complete opposite. The outcome of his methods is compliance through fear and mistrust of the handler, whilst the handler, trusting in Deoliveira, believes their dog is complying out of love and respect for them. It's tragic to witness.

Oh get your head out of his arse. This video is so heavily edited a toddler could do better. They haven't been trained. Watch poor Versace's body language - she's terrified of him - and note that he says these puppies don't want to do wrong, not that they want to do right. It's because, true to form, he punishes them into submission.

@@emma.aSaving an abused pitty pup is awesome! It would then be a tragedy to subject the pup to "training" which involved dragging it around, yanking it on a prong collar and jabbing it in the kidneys to "show it who's boss" (all Deoliveira's tricks of his trade), rather than building a relationship based on love and trust. That's what's been missing from the lives of abused pups - they deserve better from whoever is good enough to rescue them. There are trainers who can work with them with kindness to achieve that if that's what's needed.

I greatly appreciate the fact that he does emphasize that he has not done formal training, but he has done basics at home and primary type training. It sounds like. I think that’s brilliant! I love that he helped people who are in great need before focusing on his own dogs, with “formal” training. I respect the fact that he’s the expert at this, and has proved himself over and over again. My dog was never “formally” trained by professional, and I wish I had had that opportunity. But my dog was extremely well-behaved. He just didn’t do “tricks” in fact, he hated doing tricks lol , once I tried to get him to catch a ball and bring it back, he got the ball and then he looked at me like “you’ve got to be kidding“ he dropped the ball and walked away as to say “let her go fetch her own stuff “ lol. Dog Daddy, you just keep doing what you do… I only wish more people would take the time to simply do basic training at home if they cannot afford or don’t know how to get truly “formal” dog training.

This is an awesome change for people who want to get started with training and before any issues develop. We got to see the most intense situations so it's nice to see some basic training instruction. Keep going please.

I luv your training videos. Today's video was very informative. Watching you girls respond so well is awesome. I have 5 doodles and I've had issues with them listening to me. After the passing of my mom, I have to admit that my continued training has been lacking. I'm hoping by watching your videos, I'll be able to get them on the right track.

Dog Daddy, you are the most graceful, and clear dog trainer I have ever seen and listened to in my 53 years of life. It is so important to be clear and concise so people can easily understand what you teach and you are just that... Thank You. You can tell all the people you are teaching truly understand, they are never standing there confused, and when they do have questions you are so respectful and the most important clear so people very easily understand what they need to do with their dogs, and what you mean. Your energy is the absolute magic to your training. Thank you so much for what you do. God Bless You to always keep your head up, be well and always stay loyal to yourself....❤❤❤

@@fergie-kx3us why do you comment on things you have no knowledge of.. assuming my dogs have had no training is ludicrous.. and just cuz I said 2 boys doesn't mean they are my only 2 dogs.. mind ur business and don't speak for me

Well, generally speaking, if you have year-old dogs who only know two or three words it's because they haven't been trained in anything more. I can't think of another explanation, which is why I asked the question 🤷‍♀️ I haven't mentioned a number of dogs, or any other dogs you may have. Clearly I'm referring to the dogs you referenced in your comment.

@@fergie-kx3us Why do you feel the need to harass others. We have the right to choose the best way to train our dogs. No one here is Abusing their dogs. You are in Dream Land!!!! Have you heard of the Soi Foundation?? They are helping dogs that are being Abused!!!! Severely Abused!!! Focus your energy elsewhere where it could be of REAL benefit !!!!

Leash training is so important with training a dog, l see a lot of people that dont understand how to use it correctly, they dont get it that its not the pressure they learn from, but the release, the timing is vital or the dog becomes confused about what your trying to teach it.
