I train everyday but that's because I don't train too hard. Most importantly I want this routine to turn into habit. But I do take my 8 hours of sleep, almost always. And I switch between legs and arms everyday, so i think I'm fine. I've started to train more & enjoy the pain a bit during workout, not after cause after it doesn't feel that good, the mild soreness is ok, but not pain. I hope ya'll are doing fine as me ;)

@@samcestar no forest here, I got few, I mean my body hair are unseeable from a distance as they are not black, if you don’t cut the hair it won’t turn black nor get rigid, my hair body is softer than grass! Also, I only use scissors to cut moustache and only machines trimmer to remove facial hair (I don’t use razor blades! Probably never used razor too!). Answer: It worked for Arnold because he took steroids. He used a drug called Dianabol which is popular among the bodybuilders. Arnold did indeed admit he took steroids in the past.

And so my question is : was Arnold built differently about DNA ? Or it was just about steroids back in the days ? Because 6/7 give ur body no time to rest, but he was GIANT !

Training advice given by a person who was on a roid cycle while doing it is almost useless for naturals. Everything will be different.

People who use anabolic steroids are able to train more often and for longer periods of time, with improved recovery. So if he is on roids and can still only train 3-4 days a week, what does this say about natural guys?

  • @mbgmail5911

@@calimovewell not only that but they can also train less frequently and still have massive gainsa nd maintain what they have better. Larry Wheels talked about doing PRs on cycle even after not doing a specific exercise for a long time. What does this say about naturals? Nobody knows exactly but you can't train this infrequently as a natural to maximize results, that is for sure.

@@mbgmail5911 I think you're both right here. I think the holistic message was Rest Is Important. While on the flipside, yes it all matters on how hard you train or how good your genes are. But those are all complicated questions, and have to be figured out by individual over time on their own. So No One Simple Answer is gonna work for everyone. You can only share so much info in a clip. Clips are never a good full source of information, one should always look for context.

I think this is a more for an advance lifter. Most beginners and intermediate lifters don't have the capacity to overtrain. They cannot lift heavy enough to overtrain. For them, getting the form right would prevent most injuries.
