@@movewithagnes I actually just started learning Moon salutations so I didn't get bored with the sun salutations. They're both so good and you feel them in different body parts the next day

Wow.. i sweated so much😮.. didnt expect it actually. It was not difficult but was really intense after 2 rounds for me.. still completed till 7 rounds😂😂.. Thank you

You have to be doing all styles like yoga, cardio, pilates, weights to see results and to get in a variety. Also diet is major here, exercising is only 20%

You can wear a watch tracker to track calories. Everyone burns calorie differently depending on body type, age, metabolism etc.
